Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions have been set out to ensure clarity and transparency between ourselves and our clients. Anyone who becomes a client of Final Clean agrees to our terms and conditions.
Payments

All payments are due on the day of the clean. Payments are to be made in full via bank transfer or cash.

Late Payments

A late payment is any payment not made on the day of the clean. There will be a £25 charge for any late payments.

Payments Reference

To ensure that we correctly record your payments please use your full name as the payment reference.

Cancellations

At Final Clean we understand that cancellations can occur due to a number of reasons. If you need to cancel your clean please ensure that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within the 24 hours of the clean will still be charged at full rate.

Access

If the cleaner arrives at the property office and there is no access, and no arrangements have been made to gain access such as leaving a key, full payment will be required.

The cleaner will be a designated key holder for the period in which it takes to clean the property.

Photographs

Before and after photographs will be taken at commencement of the clean. We will ask permission before sharing these.

Damage Clause
1. Liability for Damages

The Cleaning Company shall exercise reasonable care in the performance of its services. However, in the event that any property is damaged during the provision of cleaning services due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Cleaning Company or its employees, the Cleaning Company agrees to repair the damage or compensate the Client for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

2. Notification of Damages

The Client must notify the Cleaning Company in writing of any alleged damage within 48 hours of the cleaning service being performed. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may release the Cleaning Company from any liability.

3. Exclusions

The Cleaning Company shall not be held responsible for:

a. Pre-existing damage or wear and tear;

b. Items that are inherently fragile or improperly secured;

c. Damage resulting from the use of specific cleaning products requested by the Client, against the advice of the Cleaning Company.

4. Maximum Liability

The Cleaning Company’s total liability for any damages arising from a single occurrence shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered during that occurrence.

Complaints

At Final Clean we have exacting standards. If you are unhappy with the quality of your clean please inform us within 3 days of the date of when the work was carried out. Any complaints after the 3 days grace period will not be taken into account.
